He was predeceased by: his parents, Odie Westbrooks and Vista Westbrooks (Estes); and his brother-in-law Richard Rumler. He is survived by: his wife Jody Westbrooks; his son Robert Dillie; his grandchildren, Connor Dillie and Kelsey Dillie; and his siblings, Milton Westbrooks (Linda), Rosemary Rumler and Mark Westbrooks (Dena) of Tipton, IA..
