He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Spilman, Sr. and Marie Spilman (Plowman). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Spilman; his children, Tiffany Spilman and Timothy Paul Spilman; his grandchild Marshal Spilman; his siblings, Debbie Spilman, Milan, James Henry Spilman (Connie) and Michael Spilman; and his nieces and nephews, Becca Lagle, Margie Rice, Jerone Able, Norallene Able and Nicole Apple.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sullivan-Ellis Mortuary, Ltd. (1902 3rd Ave, East Moline, IL 61244). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
