He is survived by: his wife Pamela Spilman; his children, Tiffany Spilman and Timothy Paul Spilman; his grandchild Marshal Spilman; his siblings, Debbie Spilman, Milan, James Henry Spilman (Connie) and Michael Spilman; and his nieces and nephews, Becca Lagle, Margie Rice, Jerone Able, Norallene Able and Nicole Apple.
