He is survived by: his wife Jill; his children, Ann Antonacci (Bob) of St. Louis, Julie Cashel of St. Louis and Rob Fischer (Dipti) of Memphis; and his stepchildren, Jason Matthews (Amanda) of Bettendorf and Jessica O'Hara (Brian) of Port Byron.
