She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlan A. Plowman and Erma Plowman (Lamb); her husband Paul A. Riggs; and her siblings, Bev, Liz, Nelson, Gary and Larry.
She is survived by: her children, Sandi Doering (Tom) of Le Claire, IA, Joette Riggs of Newberg, OR, Stacey Theiringer (Greg) of Ramsey, MN and Tom Riggs (Susanne Kendrick) of Parkview, IA; her grandchildren, Shelby Petersen, Haley Gilman, Rachel Gilman, Logan Theiringer, Garrett Theiringer and Luke Riggs; her great grandchildren, Alexis Boeh-Petersen and Arlow Root; and her brothers, Harlan "Hap" Plowman and Joe Plowman.
