He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Walkowicz and Margaret Walkowicz (Sozanski); and his brother George Walkowitz. He is survived by: his spouse Christine; his children, Edward "Dean" Walkowicz of Arlington, Teresa "Terri" Barnes (Patrick) of Bettendorf, Michael Walkowicz (Alair) of Port Byron and Joshua Walkowicz (Leslie) of Lyons; his grandchildren, Lauryn Barnes, Michael Barnes and Cale Barnes; his sister Eugenia Youngren (Jon) of Cherry Valley; and his sister-in-law Kim Walkowitz of Norfolk.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church, or to a children's charity of one's choosing.
