We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2023, at the age of 94, Dorothy E Farren of East Moline, Illinois, born in Durango, Colorado passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Bressler and Mabel Bressler (Rich); her husband Bernard Farren; her stepfather Edward Fitton; and her brothers, Robert, Dale and Delbert.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Chance of Colona, Cheryl Bohnsack of Bettendorf and Russell Farren (Joy) of Hampton, IL; her grandchildren, Teresa Franklin (Brent) of Georgia, Michael Farren of Hampton, Bobby Farren (Trisa) of Geneseo and Joshua Bohnsack of Dubuque; her stepgrandson Bill Chance Jr. (Lazette) of Chana, IL; her brothers, Allen Fitton of Largo, FL and Walter Fitton (Helena) of Peoria; and her cousin Bob Fitton (Shirley). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 13 great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to her family for a fund to be established.
