She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Foulks and Joyce Foulks (Holland); and her son Breon Vontae Foulks. She is survived by: her daughter Brittney Lynn Foulks; her grandchildren, Evie Renee, Taureona, Nariah, K'Bryelle and Kyng Foulks; her brother Dale Foulks (Pauline); her aunts and uncles, Carolyn Foulks, Betty Foulks, Lula Foulks, Glen Holland (Fabiane) and Johnnie Barnes; her nephews, Damon, Dale Foulks and Quantez Fender; and her goddaughter Krystal Lynn Hagen (Louis Woods).
Memorials may be made to the family to establish a fund for Cheryl's grandchildren.
