He is survived by: his sons, Bob (Lishar Sladek), Jim Sladek and Tom (Anita Sladek); his grandchildren, Olivia, Noah, Christina, Danielle, Michael, Anthony and Amanda; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Weston; his sisters, Dolly Grupalo, Yountville, Beth Wise and Palm Springs; and his significant other Jane Gish.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Honor Flight of the Quad Cities.
