With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl D. Payne of East Moline, Illinois, born in Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on October 21, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Payne and Alice Payne (Heath); his children, April Payne and Tom Payne; and his siblings, Joyce Nowack, Janice Dean, Gary Payne and Robert "Bobby" Payne.
He is survived by: his children, Vince Payne (Lori) of Andalusia, IL, Angel Hauser of East Moline, IL, Kathy Payne of Pullman, ID and Pamela Payne of Seattle, WA; his siblings, Melvin Payne (Daryl) of La Center, WA and Virginia Brock of Galva, IL; and his grandchildren, Casey Payne (Hannah), April Myles, Symone Covington, Christopher Pinza and Lorrayne Pinza. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Moline Seventh-day Adventist Church.
