She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burroughs and Nelda Mae Chaney Burroughs; and her husband Ernest P. Gilliam. She is survived by: her children, Merrilee Gilbert (Merle) of East Moline, Gregg Gilliam (Sally) of Kewanee, IL, Shirley Garrity (Joe) of Geneseo and Everett Curtis Arnold Jr. (Patty) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Kenny Gilbert (Misty Bartholomew), Kristy Gilbert (Amy Weeks), Kayla Novitsky (Kris), Shannon Weber (Jeff), Jeremy Lekos, Matthew Morris, Shaun Garrity, Matthew Arnold and Mark Arnold; and her sister Kathleen Thomas of Pinellas Park, FL.. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions funeral services will be private.
