He is survived by: his parents, Carol A. Kuhn-Kahl (Billie Kahl) and Johnny R. Massarolo (Phyllis); his son Christian Massarolo (Lynn Conner); his brothers, Steve and Eric Massarolo; his niece Emily Massarolo; his stepbrothers, Tom (Brenda) and Tim Neer; and his grandmother Angeline Massarolo.
