She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Brown and Edith Pearl Brown; her husband Charles Edward Ballard; her children, Jonathan Charles and Beth Alicia; and her siblings, Lewis Brown and Marian Campagna.
She is survived by: her children, David Ballard (Karen) of Lindley, NY, Kathy Card of Corning, NY, Ruth Einfeldt (Mike) of East Moline, IL and Mark Ballard (Kelley) of West Chester, PA.. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, two great-great grandsons, and many nieces and nephews.
