Middleton (Laura) and Lisa Middleton-Kaye (Jeffrey Kaye); his grandchildren, Tyler Middleton (Sarah), Zachary Witak (Jacey), Emilie Moskovsky (Cody), Sarah Witak (Sean Blair), Jacob Witak, Olivia Middleton (Miles Wayer), Dylan Kaye, Chase Kaye and Trevor Kaye; his great grandchildren, Jax, Mila and Charlie; and his siblings, Jeannine Peterson and Robert Middleton.
