He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes LaVake Allen and Charles Allen; his daughter Michelle Allen; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his children, Liz Campbell (Brian), Dale "Guy" Allen Jr. and Michael Allen; his grandchildren, Ava, Sean, Cole, Guy, Hunter, Gianna and Victoria; and his siblings, James Allen (Mary), Carol, Lenore and Linda.
