He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Weiss and Mary Weiss (Merkle); and his siblings, Lucille Kellenberger, Katherine Rudin, Gladys Weiss, Calvin Weiss (Dena), Oliver Weiss and Ted Weiss.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor (Steiner); his daughters, Elizabeth Moore (Larry) of Elgin and Gail Wonneberg of Elgin; his grandchildren, Sarah Stoller (Jeff) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Shawn Moore of Beijing, Stanley Moore of Beijing, Scot Moore of San Francisco, CA, James Wonneberg (Lisa) of Tacoma, WA and Keith Wonneberg (Janelle) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his siblings, Patricia Schifferer, Paul Weiss and Morey Weiss of Hartford, VT.. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be gifted to Highland Oaks, Elgin, IL.
