She was predeceased by: her parent Edmund C. Provost; and her nephew Kevin Mark Provost. She is survived by: her parent Margaret A. Provost; her husband Darryl; her daughters, Monica Helin, Carrie Barwig (Robert) and Megan Helin; her grandchildren, Austin, Shane, Brian, Elliot and Natalie; and her siblings, Robert Provost (Patti) and Ruth Helm (Randy). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and countless good and faithful friends.
In lieu of flowers, masses would be appreciated or memorials may be made to either Heartland Hospice or St. Monica Church.
