She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward W. Kirmse and Madolyn Kirmse; her spouse Thomas E. McEnerney; and her siblings, Mary Dougherty, Helen Menke, John "Jack", Edward A. "Babe", Phillip "Phil" and Gerald "Jerry" Kirmse.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Klaras, Ellen Brooks (John), Kathleen Rezendes (Michael) and Joan Welsher (Doug); her grandchildren, Daniel Rezendes (Stacey), Mark Rezendes (Allison), Paul Klaras (Lizz), David Gough, Jane Myers (Brian) and Susan Rezendes (Aaron Johnson); her great grandchildren, Rory Daniel, Evan Clark, Elliot James, Kayla Mae, Marshal Thomas, Elijah Michael, Lennyn Elizabeth, Hunter Perry, Brynn Margaret and Emery Lynn; and her sister Janice White. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Miller Funeral Home (504 W Main St, West Dundee, IL 60118). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church (845 W Main St, West Dundee, IL 60118). A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at the Mount Hope Cemetery (1001 Villa St, Elgin, IL 60120).
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
