He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinten and Marian. He is survived by: his siblings, James (Kathy), Thomas Dzubin (Paula), Linda Frank, Debra Perry, Joanne Dzubin and Susan Schmitt (Barry); and his aunt Pat Cousineau. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
