It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William F Reisen of East Dubuque, Illinois, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Karen R. Reisen (Droessler); his brother Paul Reisen, Jr.; and his grandparents, William, Pauline Reisen, Jerry and Luetta Droessler.

He is survived by: his wife Kara of East Dubuque, IL; his children, Nolan of Waco, TX, Cassandra Burrell (Matthew) of Ankeny, IA, Anna and Natalie; his father Paul R. Reisen, Sr. of East Dubuque, IL; his siblings, Jody Winchell (Jim) of East Dubuque, IL, Jason "Jake" (Beckie) of Roy, UT, Bryan and Gerry Lou Sertle (Jestin Sr.) of East Dubuque; his parents-in-law, John and Ruth Bakey of East Dubuque, IL; and his in-laws, Shawn Bakey (Jill) of Colesburg, IA and Shane Bakey (Julie) of Asbury, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a Bill Reisen Memorial Fund has been established.
