He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Galliart and Helen Galliart (Higgins); and his brother Will. He is survived by: his wife Carla; his daughter Carla; his grandchildren, Freedom, Izaveion, Acacia and Darren; his sister Marilyn Dale of Winchester, VA; his siblings-in-law, Connie Galliart, Eva Vize (Jerry), Tracy Stieber and Jory Stieber; his nephew Ben Galliart; and his pet Bella.
The family requests no flowers. Memorials may be given to the Dubuque Humane Society.
