It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara A O'Connell of East Dubuque, Illinois, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on October 18, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
