It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mardelle L Rojemann of East Dubuque, Illinois, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on July 7, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dane "Jiggs" Steiner and Olive Steiner (Kruse); her son-in-law Evan Berning; her grandparents, Gilbert and Lenora Kruse; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Viola Rojemann; and her aunts, Bea Raab, Lavonne Kruse and Mary Hoftender.
She is survived by: her family Dubuque; her husband Gerry; her daughters, Tracy Berning-Birkbeck (Brandon) and Jody Calvert (Mark) of Galena, IL; her grandchildren, Tyler, Natalie, Kristen, Owen, Harper, Gavin and Scarlett; her brother Dane Steiner (Sue) of Asbury, IA; and her close friend Becky Ruchti. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
