She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Helbing and Anna Helbing (Roth); her husband Richard J. Leute; her daughter Aimee Leute; and her siblings, Adam Helbing (Margaret), Walter Helbing, Bernice Pitzen (Leo), Malinda Helbing, Marie Klaas (Arnie), Howard Helbing, Wilbert Helbing (Lucille), Mildred Pitzen (Don), Harold Helbing (Adele) and Catherine "Katie" Tigges (Eugene "Doc").
She is survived by: her children, Rick Leute (Jean) of East Dubuque, IL, Vickie Donar (Lee) of Hazel Green, WI, Kevin Leute (Sue) of East Dubuque, IL, Duane Leute (Miriam) of Weston, WI and Mark Leute of East Dubuque, IL; and her sister Hazel Knaeble (Buzz Risley). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a Lorraine M. Leute Memorial Fund has been established.
