She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Kraft and Helen Kraft (Jungblut); and her sister Jolene Kraft. She is survived by: her husband Donald Loeffelholz (Big Fish) of Mary's Catholic Church; her siblings, Laura Fiel (Nick) of Ankeny, IA, Carrie (Greg), Campo of San Diego, CA, Marty Stadtmueller (Ron) of San Diego, CA, Steve Kraft (Linda) of Dubuque, IA, Ted Kraft (Trish) of Cedar Rapids, IA, John Kraft (Nicole) of Peosta, IA and Jason Kraft of Dallas, TX.; and her caregivers, Dr. Engleman and Tammy Noonan of Finley's Rehab Center.
A rosary was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1185 IL-35, East Dubuque, IL 61025). Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home East Dubuque (1185 IL-35, East Dubuque, IL 61025). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Church East Dubuque (170 Montgomery Ave, East Dubuque, IL 61025).
In lieu of flowers, a JoAnne Loeffelholz Memorial Fund has been established.
