He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Lange and Rena A. Lange (Grassel); his wife Mary Jean; his in-laws, Kenneth and Genevieve Thill; his siblings, Elaine "Pal" Potter (Bill), Dale Lange (Joyce), Gerald Lange, Bob Lange and Joe Lange (Carol); and his brother-in-law Robert Thill.
He is survived by: his children, Rich Lange (Brenda), Pat Lange (Gina), Ken Lange (Kelli), Marty Lange (Michelle), Kathy Williams (John) of East Dubuque, IL, Karen Schultz (Joe) of East Dubuque, IL, Jennifer McLane (Brian) of East Dubuque, IL and Joanne Kirby (Brian) of Bernard, IA; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Thill, Mary Jo Lange and Phyllis Lange. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
