It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harlan Robey of East Dubuque, Illinois, born in Sherrill, Iowa, who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Robey and Pearl Robey (Witter); his siblings, Stan, Marigold Patters, Lila Marshall and Adele Knockel; and his siblings-in-law, Quentin, LaVerne Bottoms, Mary Jane Bottoms and Ruth Elaine Kiel.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Bottoms; his sons, Harlan, Jr. of Cincinnati, OH and Steve Robey (Jean) of East Dubuque, IL; his brother Leroy; and his sister-in-law June Bradfield. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
