He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn (Galle); and his grandparents, Robert, Armella Henry, Gilbert and Mary Galle.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly; his sons, Ryan and Alex (Kate); his siblings, Lynn Hoke, Gary Dunham and Jason Bauer; his father Frank Kritz; and his stepfather Dan Bauer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
