She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gassman and Edith Gassman (LaMour); her husband Roger O'Toole; her sons, Michael O'Toole (Kay) of Scottsdale, AZ and Kevin O'Toole of Madison, WI; and her siblings, Virginia Keller, Gerald and Allen Gassman.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Kieffer (Dave) of Menominee, IL, Linda Arnold (Dean) of Loveland, CO, Teri Alamano of Loveland, CO, Julie O'Toole (Jerry Glasco) of Sacramento, CA, Beth McMurchy (Renee Franz) of Waverly, IA and Patrick (Kathy) of Weaverville, NC; her sister Dianne Vance (Klaus Sanders) of Sun City, AZ; her daughter-in-law Jolene Miller O'Toole of Madison; and her sister-in-law Joan Gassman of Dubuque, IA.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 41 great grandchildren; and 13 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (4300 Asbury Rd, Dubuque, IA 52002). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Bethany Home or Hospice of Dubuque.
