He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Murphy and Ramona Murphy (Williams); his wife Sandra K. Levins; his siblings, Elaine Ousley and Roland "Boots" Murphy; and his parents-in-law, Delbert Levins, Mike and Debbie Levins.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy L. Dutler (A. J.) of East Dubuque, IL and Tim W. Murphy (Elissa) of East Dubuque, IL; his grandchildren, Brendan, Jordan, Haydan, Katelyn and Natalie; and his parents-in-law, Zona Levins of Dubuque, IA, Diane Lancaster of Marseilles, IL, Brett Levins (Tammy) of Lawrenceville, GA and Randy Levins of Dubuque, IA..
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, facemasks are required along with social distancing, and no more than (10) people are allowed in the funeral home at one time.
