Kipper of East Dubuque, IL; her granddaughter Reagan Kipper; her siblings, Dan Arnold (Lesley) of Dubuque, IA, Valerie Zalaznik (Tom) of East Dubuque, IL and Vanessa Hoffmann of Dubuque, IA; her sister-in-law Pam Arnold of Lancaster, WI; and her aunt Dorothy Bohnsack (Donald) of Galena, IL.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
