He is survived by: his children, Chellee Mathes and Daniel Mayfield; his grandchildren, Paisley Mayfield, Draiden Mayfield and KeiLyn Bownes; his mother Marcia Toler (Larry); his brother Dale Mathes; and his nieces and nephews, Rodney, Haley, Ceiley, Samantha, Sierra and Carol.
