He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Scoggins and Norma Jean Scoggins (Brown); and his aunts and uncles, Delmar "Deck", Dixie Brown, June, Yvon Brunette, Ralph and Phyllis Scoggins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Paula June Bartels (Michael) of Bethalto and Thomas Lynn Scoggins (Tracy) of Wilsonville, Illinois; his nieces, Miranda Malson (Justin) of East Alton and Katie Bartels (Brian Dorsey) of Bethalto; his nephew Leland Scoggins of Wilsonville; his great-niece McLain of Wood River; and his uncle Donald Ray Brown of Bethalto.
