He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Harbison and Blanche Harbison (Hawkins); and his brothers, James Harbison and William H. Harbison, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Dean Harbison (Linda) of Waterloo and Steven Harbison (Regina) of Brighton; his stepdaughter Christine Reinhardt of Bethalto; and his siblings, Doris Hubler of Stevensville, MT, Ronald Harbison (Sandy) of Troy, IL, Wayne Dale Harbison (Carolyn) of Vandalia and Dennis Richard Harbison of East St. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
