She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Jacoby and Lucy Jacoby (Ingle); her husband Johnny A. McGarrah; and her brother Donald Jacoby. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Gibbs of Bowling Green, MO, Teresa King (Matt) of East Alton, Michelle Davidson (Don) of Fillmore, Constance McGarrah of Alton and Kimberly Lacey (Demetric) of East Alton; her grandchildren, Jessica Slow (Alex), Eric Macias (Hannah), Ashley Carstens (Adam) and Brandi Bellitto (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Jalyn Slow, Bryson Bellitto and Jireh Carrstens; and her brother Bob Jacoby (Nancy) of Madison.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Enjoy Church (3303 Homer M Adams Pkwy, Alton, IL 62002). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
