He is survived by: his daughter Gina Shaw (Samuel) of Alton, IL; his grandchildren, Levi Shaw, Lillian Shaw and Hayden Shaw; his wife Katie Diane Gorman Johnson; his sons, Robert Johnson (Sandy) of Palm Harbor, FL, Mark Johnson of Bridgeton, MO and Kevin Johnson of Satsuma, FL; his grandchildren, Miranda Howell, Joshua Johnson, Steve Johnson, Danny Johnson and Nicholas Johnson; and his siblings, Marilyn Logan (Doug) of Albuquerque, NM, Doug Rogers (Alma) of Ballwin, MO, Bruce Rogers (Denise) of Many, LA and Michael Rogers of Jackson, TN..
