We bid farewell to Rick D. Workman (East Alton, Illinois), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 2, 2025 at the age of 71. Rick touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold D. Workman and Geraldine Workman Huff; his stepfather Keith Huff; his brother Michael Huff; and his siblings-in-law, Billy McCoy and Donna McCoy.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly L. Workman (McCoy); his children, Kristina Thompson (Brad) of Bethalto, Brian Rain of Seattle, WA, Andy Workman of Edwardsville, Nathan Rain (Jennifer) of Winter Springs, FL and Bethany Ryan (Morgan) of Germany; his grandchildren, Zach, Hannah, Emmah, Aidan, Kalyn, Lucas and Clover; his sister Brenda Mangers (Jeffrey); his stepbrother Randall Huff (Andrea); and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Huff, Larry McCoy (Barb), Lonnie McCoy, Cheryl Pyle (Gary), Elaine McCoy (Sherri Colborn), Christopher Steinmann and Angie Bickers (Jessie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Paynic Home For Funerals (618 E Airline Dr, East Alton, IL 62024). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Winchester Gun Club or a charity of one's choice.
