He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cummings and B. Maxine Cummings (Chappell); his wife Dorothy J. Cummings; and his brother Charles Cummings. He is survived by: his daughters, Terresa Elliott (John) of Cottage Hills, Cynthia Wittman of Decatur, GA and Janice Wittman of Delhi; his siblings, Ketra Nailor (Scott) of Godfrey and Frank Cummings (Virginia) of Flippin, AR; his grandchildren, Shauna James, Danielle Frankford and Shelby Frankford; and his great grandchildren, Cassie, Ashton, Isabella and Kayden (Lori Fast) of Brighton.
