He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Lee and Ethel M. Booten (Carpenter); and his siblings, Margaret Mundy, Dorothy Ventress, Vernon, Charles and Everett J. Booten.
He is survived by: his spouse Bonnie Buttry; his children, Terri Angleton of Bethalto and Doug Booten (Kelly) of East Alton; his grandchildren, Jamie Turner (Brad), Ryan Angleton (Kelli), Kimberly Olson and Gage Booten; his great grandchildren, Jordan Turner, Carson Olson, Ryli Angleton and Ryker Angleton; and his sisters, Helen Billingsley of Indianapolis and Doris Booten of Los Angeles, California. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
