She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Powell and Sylvia Powell; and her husband Pharos "Frank" McGinnis. She is survived by: her son Phillip Powell (Sandie) of Troy; her grandchildren, Paxton and Nora; and her siblings, Linda, Dottie, Vickie, John and Eva.
