He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Spurlin, Dora Trimm, Augustus and Gerene Webb. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Webb and Shirley Webb of Rosewood Heights; his daughter Dorian Webb of Rosewood Heights; his stepchildren, Lydia Chester (Nathan) of Rosewood Heights and Peter Panouzis of Rosewood Heights; his brother Ed (Diane) of Midlothian, Illinois; and his niece Tricia Cole of Magnolia, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
