He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fowler and Dorothy M. Fowler (Hubner); and his brother James D. Fowler. He is survived by: his significant other Karen Vogan; his sons, Greg Fowler (Lisa) of Rosewood Heights and Mike Fowler (Connie) of East Alton; his grandchildren, Nick Fowler (Chelsea), Josh Taylor (Chandler) and Alexis Fowler (Brandon Weiss); and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Noah, Waylon and Weston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 730 Wesley Dr, Wood River, IL 62095.
