He is survived by: his daughter Tina Blasa of East Alton; his grandsons, Ricky Lee Martin and Christopher Shawn Martin; his great grandchild Kayden Michael Martin; his brother Virgil Blasa; and his friends, Barbara Perkinson, Bob and Carrie Strasen.
