With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gwendolyn May Oliver (East Alton, Illinois), born in Sorento, Illinois, who passed away on August 25, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alva and Rose G. Ash (May); and her sister Lois Peach. She is survived by: her children, Laurel Galeener of Wood River, Daniel Knight (Connie) of Wichita, KS and Brian Oliver (Sue Zumwalt) of Lake St; and her sister Bernice Martin of East Alton. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jerseyville Manor.
