She is survived by: her husband Samuel Charles Newell, Sr.; her children, Betty Ann Muscarella (Dennis) of Godfrey and Samuel Charles Newell, Jr. (Lisa) of Bethalto; her grandchildren, Matthew Muscarella (Sarah), Christopher Muscarella, Tiffany Newell and Nicholas Newell; her great grandchildren, Alyson, Eden Muscarella and David Tyler; and her sister Geraldine Mae Crawford of Fredericktown, MO..
