He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Phillips and Eva Belle Phillips; his former wives, Mary Phillips and Rosemary Phillips; his son Terry Phillips; his siblings, Thomas Phillips, Edith Todd, Erma Johns, Agnes Gish and Jewel Phillips; and his great grandchild Kaela Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Phillips (Bev) of East Alton, IL, Crystal Frailey of Union and Sherrie Kent (William) of Union; his daughter-in-law Sharon Phillips of Springfield, OH; and his siblings, Don Phillips (Carol) of Kansas City, KS, Betty Brown of Evansville, IN, Roy Phillips (Jan) of Evansville, IN and Doug Phillips of Altamont Springs, FL. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
