She was predeceased by: her parent Michael Blackard. She is survived by: her parent Cheryl Blackard (Runion) of East Alton; her children, Sarah Ilch of Rosewood Heights and Michael Ilch of Rosewood Heights; her siblings, Debra Blackard of Alton and Zachehus Burnett of Los Angeles; her friend Brandy Taylor; and her husband Brian of St. Charles. She is also survived by many other extended family and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to her family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
