He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Dugan and Annetta Jean Dugan (Howerton); his son Duane Dugan; and his brother Randy Dugan. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Dugan of Wood River, Deandra Gallagher (Sean) of O'Fallon and Danielle Hancock (Casey) of Bethalto; his grandchildren, Devland, Dolan, Nicholas, John, Josie, Willow, Phoenix, Harper and Hazel; and his brother Ronnie Dugan (Tammy).
