He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer "Sleepy" Williams and Gladys Williams (Conkle); and his son-in-law Timothy Hogan. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hicks; his daughter Joni Hogan of East Alton; his grandchildren, Kyle of East Alton, Kristen of East Alton and Jered of East Alton; and his sister Barbara Vinyard (Richard) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
