She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Noel and Vera Noel (Miller); her husbands, Frank Carter and Rick Bergmann; and her sister Barbara Proffer.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Swarringin (Michael) of Mulberry Grove, IL and Michael Carter (Amy) of East Alton; and her siblings, Linda Chetta (Joe) of Alton and Michael Noel of Mississippi. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
