She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Musgrave and Gladys Musgrave (Cox); her husband Ernest Evans; and her sister Carol Wren. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Rodgers of East Alton and Debbie Moore of East Alton; and her siblings, Russell Musgrave of Bethalto and Sharon Lively of Wood River. She is also survived by two grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
